Pastor Charlene Harris Allen was appointed pastor of Walkerton United Methodist Church in 2005 after receiving her Master of Divinity degree from Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary. She and her husband, Michael, have three children.

Traditional  Service - 9:00 a.m.

The traditional service, which is held in the church's sanctuary, includes traditional hymns and a sermon each week. The choir performs each Sunday from Labor Day weekend through Memorial Day weekend. Communion is offered the first Sunday of each month.

Praise & Worship - 11:15 a.m.

 “Holy Grounds Coffee Hour”, which is held in the the church's fellowship hall, includes contemporary music with DVD visuals from I Worship to enhance the worship experience.  A weekly message and prayer time are offered in an informal setting with continental breakfast and great coffee.

10:15 a.m. (or at the completion of the traditional service)

• Fledglings (ages 3 - 6) meet in a day care room
• Sparrows (ages 7 - 12) meet in a preschool room
• Youth (ages 13 - Sr. High) meet in the Youth Room
• Two adult studies are also offered

Meet at 6:30 p.m. twice a month on Sundays

7th grade through High School meet for fun, faith, food, and fellowship, led by Rae Baker.
